Overview
Overview
Our containerized SVE systems extract volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the vadose zone using applied vacuum. Each system is custom-engineered for your site's soil permeability, contaminant profile, and remediation goals, then built as a complete, self-contained unit in a 20-ft or 40-ft ISO container.

System Features
Integrated Air Treatment
Systems include granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels, catalytic oxidizers, or thermal oxidizers sized to your air permit requirements and contaminant concentrations.
Variable Speed Blowers
VFD-controlled regenerative or positive displacement blowers allow precise vacuum and flow adjustment as site conditions change during remediation.
Moisture Separation
Knockout drums, moisture separators, and condensate handling systems prevent water from reaching the blower and treatment equipment.
Automated Controls
Allen-Bradley or equivalent PLC with touchscreen HMI, automated startup/shutdown sequences, safety interlocks, and optional remote monitoring via cellular modem.
Modular Manifolding
External manifold connections for multiple extraction wells, with individual flow control valves and vacuum gauges for wellfield optimization.
Sampling & Monitoring
Integrated sampling ports, flow meters, pressure/vacuum gauges, and PID monitoring points for compliance and performance tracking.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can a containerized SVE system be deployed?
Typical lead time is 6-10 weeks from order to delivery. Once on-site, systems can be operational within 2-3 days of utility connection.
Can the system be relocated to another site?
Yes. Containerized SVE systems are designed for relocation. Disconnect utilities, crane onto a flatbed, and redeploy at a new location.
What size container is typical for SVE systems?
Most SVE systems fit in a 20-ft container. Larger systems with high-flow blowers and multiple GAC vessels may require a 40-ft container.
Is rental available?
Yes. We offer both rental and purchase options. Rental is ideal for short-term remediation projects or pilot studies.
